By accessing nectabee.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Products
NectaBee sells premium monofloral honey sourced from producer-managed apiaries in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, India. Product descriptions, weights, and prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. NectaBee reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if an order is cancelled by us.
4. Shipping
We ship across India. International shipping is available for B2B orders — contact export@nectabee.com. Estimated delivery times are indicative; NectaBee is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on nectabee.com (text, images, logos, brand name) is the property of NectaBee and protected under Indian copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
NectaBee's liability for any claim arising from use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
