Most commercial honey is ultra-filtered and heat-processed — stripping away pollen, enzymes, antioxidants, and the unique character of its floral source. What remains is flavored sugar syrup.
Every NectaBee batch is extracted at low temperature, minimally processed, and traceable to a specific apiary, season, and bloom. The subtle variation in color and texture between jars is not inconsistency — it is proof of authenticity.
Good to know
Crystallization is a sign of purity — not spoilage. Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. To restore liquid form, place the sealed jar in warm water (below 45°C) for a few minutes. Never microwave — high heat destroys the very enzymes that make raw honey valuable.
