Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time (India)
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3-5 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 4-7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 6-10 business days
These are estimates — actual delivery depends on the courier partner and destination pincode.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 incur a flat shipping fee. B2B and bulk orders: shipping calculated at checkout or quoted separately.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched. You may also track via your order ID on our courier partner's website.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and email hello@nectabee.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
