NectaBee is committed to delivering premium quality honey. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if: (a) the product is damaged or leaked during transit; (b) you received the wrong product; (c) the product shows signs of contamination or tampering. Honey cannot be returned for personal taste preference — every variety has a distinct natural flavour profile.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@nectabee.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For damaged goods, we may offer a replacement at our discretion instead of a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Customised or personalised gifting orders, B2B bulk orders, and items returned beyond 7 days of delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
A Note on Crystallisation
Crystallisation is a natural property of pure honey — it does not indicate spoilage. If your honey has crystallised, gently warm the jar in lukewarm water. Crystallised honey is not eligible for a return or refund.
